We have only words of acknowledgment and admiration for everything that they, in the vast majority, have been doing for over two months. Their determination and astounding persistance in a non-violent struggle for justice, for the respect of moral standards in the public affairs, for the affirmation of democratic principles, is an example which will, we are convinced, enter the history of striving for the dignity of the people regardless of their habitat or nationality. Day by day, they testify that the creativity and human spirit are stronger than arrogance and bare violence. They exhibit in a miraculois way haw the multitude, when guided by a worthy idea, is capable for selfdiscipline and skillful action. Non-intrusively, without pathos or patriotic rhetoric, our students testify of a profound devotion to their people and determination to remain in their country.

Opposing them, not by their fault, are the armed forces of the same age. In their witty play with the modern armoured soldiers, as known, their behavior is always chivalrous, never hurting the opponent's human side. We are honored that it is us who have such students. We are assured that we will, mutually, in some better time, not so far ahead, invest all our powers to make our University bloom and to be an honor to our country.
