John Cornbloom, American envoy for former Yugoslavia, suggested last evening the possibility of the establishing of an OSCE delegation, which would examine the legal side of the annulment of municipal elections in Serbia.

After the conversation with Vuk Draskovic, the leader of the Serbian Renewal Movement, and the representatives of the Civil Alliance of Serbia and the Democratic Party, in Geneva, Cornbloom stated for reporters that it is essential for Serbian President S.M. to accept the electoral results and allow more freedom to the media.

"My coming to Belgrade would not influence your President, since it seems he does not want to listen to anybody and does not want to accept anything suggested to him. President Clinton has appealed to Milosevic to accept democracy as a necessary process. A lot of work lies before Milosevic, stated Cornbloom.
