The "Walk"

The route was longer than ever (approximately 20km)- about 40,000 students (which is a huge number, considering the length of the route) marched along Vasina and Kolarceva Streets, via Terazije, down Prizrenska St., across to Zemun along the bank, to Karadjordje Square, Main and Nikole Ostrovskog Streets, Lenjinov Bulevar St., and back to Plato. The procession passed by the house belonging to Chancellor of Belgrade University. There were no unwelcome incidents during the walk today.

The protest rally has been scheduled for tomorrow again.
