needs support.
Yesterday, Milosevic's communist regime closed down the last two
free
radio stations, so that it now absolutely controls all electronic media
in Serbia.
After the election fraud at the local elections which caused
hundreds
of thousands of people to protest in the streets, this last move
represents a perfectly clear proof that Milosevic has moved from
authoritarian to totalitarian rule.
We need support of the free and democratic world to stop
violation and
abuse of our essential human rights.
