na nasu inicijativu senat postdiplomaca na univerzitetu drzave Ajova (GSS)
je u ponedeljak usvojio rezoluciju kojom daju bezrezervnu podrsku
studentima u Srbiji. U slucaju da nemate kopiju gorespomenute rezolucije
istu prilazemo na kraju poruke.

GSS Resolution 97-01
We, the graduate students of Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa, U.S.A.,
strongly support the peaceful and spirited protest by our fellow students
at universities in Belgrade, Nis, Kragujevac, Novi Sad, and other cities in
Serbia, F.R. Yugoslavia. Our colleagues in Serbia are right to demand that
their government cease violating their academic freedom. The Serbian police
must cease breaking in the university buildings and beating and torturing
arrested students.
We admire our fellow students’ tenacity in the face of hardship and their
firm commitment to life in a free and democratic society as ours.
