Protest 1996

This is the letter sent to the Editor of Electronic Telegraph:

          Dear Sir,

In your coverage of the unrest in Serbia, in ET, you are containing a link to the heavily censored web-page of the Yugoslav Ministry of Information which do not contain a single word about these events. I beg you yet again, in the name of the free media, to remove this link from you Electornic Telegraph pages concerning demonstration in Serbia and put some more appropriate sites, run by independent organizations, such as:

          http://www.yurope.com/mirrors/
          *** Student protest

          http://www.siicom.com/odrazb/
          *** Independent Radio B92

          http://www.yurope.com/zines/
*** List of independent media from ex-Yu

I wish to thank you again for your continuous coverage of the demonstration of the Serbian democratic parties and students again the Milosevic's authoritarian regime.

          Yours sincerely

          Vladica Trenkic
