REFUGEES CONDEMN THE SERBIAN PARLIAMENT SPEAKEROn
Feb. 13, the executive board of the association for
helping refugees and exiled persons sent an open letter
to Serbian parliament speaker Dragan Tomic, protesting
against his statement that refugees from Bosnia and
Croatia were "the militant core" of the
pro-fascist groups leading the protests in Belgrade.
Several days ago Tomic also said that refugees had left
their homes of their own volition, and were now blaming
others for their decision. Member of the association's
executive board Radmilo Andric said at a press conference
that refugees, "were shocked by such an outrageous
        statement", made by Tomic.
