BELGRADE STUDENT PROTEST CONTINUES
Thousands of Belgrade University students protested on Feb. 25 demanding a full honoring of the voters' will and the resignation of university president Dragutin Velickovic. The police did not attempt to block the loud column of students, which passed through the city center. The students are currently carrying out an action entitled "Searching for President Velickovic," since he has not appeared in public for almost one month. Several hundred students visited three city central markets in an unsuccessful attempt to "find" Velickovic. On Feb. 26, the students will ask a famous Belgrade sorceress, "Clairvoyant Branka," to help them "track down" the university president.
