To whom it may concern,

I have been quite interested and concerned in the events taking place in
Belgrade this past year. Several years ago I was quite involved in the
events that took place in Beijing at Tiananmen Square. At that time I
worked to get as much information out to Americans -- particularly
American students -- as to what was taking place there in the hope that
with enough world attention things would work out for the best and
remain peaceful. My activities were quite successful in once sense --
but clearly not enough was done world-wide to prevent the brutal
crackdown on June 4th.

In a similar manner I have again wanted to get involved from my nation
in supporting the activities of person in yours. However I am shocked
at the lack of news coverage these events has gained in America. Almost
nothing is reported, in fact, until the recent violence the topic
disappeared completely from the mainstream media.

I am trying to find ways to increase attention and information. One way
I believe is the power of the information on the internet.
Unfortunately, however, I do not speak your language - nor do many
others. I wonder if there is a way to get a greater number of the
articles translated during this time so that they may be spread
electronically throughout this nation and others.

I would like to help in spreading the word. Let me know if you can
guide me as to where I might possibly turn.

Furhtermore, please let me know if there is anything that I can do to
help you in your nation's efforts. While I may only be one person -- it
is the net effect of a number of individuals that eventually creates
change.

Keep up your valient efforts.

Good Luck,
